稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Integrin beta-1, also known as CD29, is a crucial component of the integrin family, which plays a significant role in cell adhesion, migration, and communication with the extracellular matrix (ECM). It is a receptor that partners with various alpha subunits to form integrin heterodimers, enabling cells to interact with fibronectin, collagen, and other ECM components. Research on recombinant integrin beta-1/CD29 proteins has gained momentum due to their implications in various biological processes, including wound healing, tumor metastasis, and immune responses. The ability to produce recombinant forms of CD29 has facilitated the study of its structural and functional characteristics, allowing researchers to investigate its role in disease mechanisms and its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the interactions and signaling pathways mediated by integrin beta-1/CD29 can pave the way for novel treatments for conditions such as cancer, fibrosis, and autoimmune diseases. Through advances in recombinant protein technology, scientists aim to elucidate the complex roles of integrin beta-1/CD29 in both normal physiology and pathological conditions, highlighting its significance in biomedical research.
