稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Plexin B1 is a member of the plexin family of receptors that play a crucial role in regulating cell signaling during various biological processes, including cell migration, axon guidance, and immune responses. The activation of Plexin B1 is primarily mediated by semaphorins, a group of signaling molecules that are key players in the development of the nervous system and the immune system. Research into Plexin B1 has gained momentum due to its implications in cancer biology, where aberrant signaling pathways can influence tumor progression and metastasis. Moreover, understanding the structure and function of Plexin B1 could provide insights into its role in neurological disorders, as well as its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombinant Plexin B1 proteins have become invaluable tools for researchers, enabling the study of its interactions with semaphorins and downstream signaling pathways in vitro and in vivo. This research not only enhances our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying Plexin B1 function but also aids in the development of novel therapeutic strategies that could modulate its activity in various diseases. As such, the recombinant expression and characterization of Plexin B1 offer significant promise in the fields of immunology, neurology, and oncology, emphasizing the need for continued investigation into its biological significance and potential clinical applications.
