稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Integrin alpha 2 beta 1 is a crucial cell adhesion receptor involved in various biological processes, including cell migration, tissue repair, and immune responses. This heterodimeric integrin primarily binds to collagen, playing a significant role in maintaining the structural integrity of tissues and mediating cellular interactions within the extracellular matrix. Research on recombinant integrin alpha 2 beta 1 proteins has gained prominence, as these proteins serve as valuable tools for studying integrin signaling pathways and their implications in disease states such as cancer and fibrosis. The ability to produce recombinant integrins allows for the exploration of their structural properties, ligand-binding capabilities, and functional roles in cell biology. Additionally, understanding the mechanisms by which integrin alpha 2 beta 1 influences cell behavior can lead to novel therapeutic strategies targeting integrin-mediated processes. This research is further fueled by advances in protein engineering and expression systems, providing insights into the integrin's role in health and disease. As researchers continue to investigate the interactions of integrin alpha 2 beta 1 with other cellular components, the development of recombinant forms of this protein holds potential for the design of integrin-targeted drugs and the enhancement of tissue engineering applications. Thus, the study of recombinant integrin alpha 2 beta 1 not only contributes to our fundamental understanding of cell adhesion biology but also paves the way for innovative therapeutic interventions.
