稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HLA-A*02:01/B2M/AFP (FMNKFIYEI) tetramer recombinant protein is significant in the field of immunology and cancer research, particularly in the context of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and chronic liver disease are major risk factors for HCC, making the identification and targeting of tumor-associated antigens critical for developing effective immunotherapies. Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is a well-established biomarker for HCC, and the specific peptide FMNKFIYEI, presented by the HLA-A*02:01 molecule, is recognized by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) in patients with HCC. The use of tetramers, which can bind to specific T cell receptors, allows for the accurate identification and isolation of AFP-specific CTLs, enhancing our understanding of T cell immunity against HCC. This recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool for studying T cell responses, evaluating the efficacy of vaccine candidates, and potentially guiding adoptive T cell therapies. Furthermore, it contributes to the broader aim of developing personalized immunotherapeutic approaches for HCC patients by identifying tumor-specific immune responses. As the incidence of HCC rises globally, research involving HLA-A*02:01/B2M/AFP tetramers holds promise for improving therapeutic strategies and patient outcomes in liver cancer treatments.
