稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), also known as ubiquinone, plays a critical role in cellular energy production and acts as a potent antioxidant. The recombinant form of CoQ10 (CoQ10B) has attracted significant research interest due to its potential therapeutic applications in various health conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic syndromes. Unlike natural CoQ10, which is primarily extracted from biological sources, CoQ10B is produced through recombinant DNA technology, allowing for more efficient and sustainable synthesis. This approach not only ensures higher purity and consistent quality but also facilitates the study of its biological functions and mechanisms of action at a molecular level. Recent studies have highlighted the role of CoQ10B in improving mitochondrial function and reducing oxidative stress, which are critical factors in aging and many chronic diseases. As the understanding of its biochemical pathways expands, CoQ10B holds promise as a novel therapeutic agent that could enhance overall health and longevity, prompting further exploration in clinical settings and biotechnological advancements.
