稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-A*11:01 is a crucial human leukocyte antigen associated with the immune response, specifically in recognizing and presenting peptides to CD8+ T cells. Beta-2-microglobulin (B2M) plays an essential role in stabilizing the structure of class I MHC molecules, including HLA-A, thereby ensuring proper antigen presentation. The peptide LMP2 (SSCSSCPLTK) is derived from the immunoproteasome component and is a potential epitope of interest for vaccine development and cellular immunotherapy. Researching the monomeric recombinant protein consisting of HLA-A*11:01, B2M, and the peptide LMP2 aims to enhance the understanding of peptide-MHC interactions and T cell specificity. By characterizing this complex, scientists can glean insights into the immune mechanisms underlying responses to viral infections and tumor recognition, as well as advance the development of tailored immunotherapies for diseases where HLA-A*11:01 is relevant. Understanding how this recombinant protein elicits T cell responses could lead to innovative strategies to harness the immune system's ability to combat malignancies or chronic infections.
