Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANAPC15, a crucial component of the Anaphase Promoting Complex/Cyclosome (APC/C), plays a pivotal role in regulating the cell cycle by mediating the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of specific target proteins, such as cyclins and mitotic checkpoint proteins. This process is essential for the transition from metaphase to anaphase in mitosis, ensuring proper chromosome segregation and cell division. Dysregulation of ANAPC15 and the APC/C complex has been implicated in various cancers and other diseases characterized by unchecked cell proliferation. Recent studies have focused on the structural and functional characterization of ANAPC15 to understand its interactions with other APC/C subunits and substrates. The production of recombinant ANAPC15 protein allows for in vitro studies, which can elucidate its biochemical properties, binding affinities, and regulatory mechanisms. By studying ANAPC15, researchers aim to reveal insights into cell cycle regulation and develop potential therapeutic targets for cancer treatments, particularly in tumors exhibiting defective APC/C activity. Understanding the role of ANAPC15 in cell cycle control could contribute to innovative strategies for managing cell growth disorders, making it an important focal point in cancer biology and therapeutic research.
