Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IFNW1, or Interferon Omega 1, is a type I interferon that plays a crucial role in the immune response against viral infections and modulating various physiological processes. Recent studies have highlighted its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in treating viral diseases and certain cancers. Unlike more common interferons, IFNW1 exhibits unique antiviral properties and can enhance the immune system's ability to combat pathogens. Research into the recombinant production of IFNW1 has gained momentum, driven by the need for more effective antiviral therapies. Scientists have been developing expression systems to produce this protein in a stable and high-yield manner, which could facilitate its use in clinical settings. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying IFNW1’s actions and optimizing its delivery methods are key areas of research. Moreover, investigations are being conducted to explore its efficacy in combination therapies, aiming to leverage its immunomodulatory effects in conjunction with other treatments. As ongoing studies continue to unveil the multifaceted roles of IFNW1, the potential for this recombinant protein to serve as a powerful tool in antiviral therapy and immunotherapy is becoming increasingly recognized.
