简介
Frizzled-10/CD350 protein is a receptor for Wnt proteins that functions in the canonical Wnt/β-catenin pathway, activating disheveled proteins, inhibiting GSK-3 kinase, and triggering Wnt target gene activation. Secondary signaling pathways involve PKC and calcium flux. Frizzled-10/CD350 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Frizzled-10/CD350 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Frizzled-10 (Fz10), also known as CD350, is a member of the Frizzled family of receptors, which are key players in the Wnt signaling pathway, involved in various developmental and physiological processes. This receptor is primarily known for its role in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and polarity during embryonic development. Research has shown that Fz10 interacts with Wnt ligands, activating downstream signaling cascades that influence cellular behavior. Importantly, abnormalities in Wnt signaling have been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making Fz10 a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The study of Fz10 as a recombinant protein has gained considerable attention, as it provides a platform for understanding its structure-function relationship, the dynamics of its interactions with Wnt proteins, and its regulatory mechanisms in cellular contexts. Additionally, the production of recombinant Fz10 enables the development of novel assays and tools for investigating its biological functions and the impact of various mutations associated with disease. As research advances, elucidating the role of Fz10/CD350 in both normal and pathological states could lead to significant insights into the treatment of Wnt-related diseases, thereby underscoring the importance of this protein in biomedical research.
