    FZD2 protein is a receptor for Wnt proteins that activates the β-catenin classical pathway, inhibits GSK-3 kinase and triggers Wnt target genes. FZD2 and some family members possess a secondary PKC-calcium pathway, but its integration with the classical pathway remains unclear. FZD2 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived FZD2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
