稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
YARS1, or Tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase 1, is an essential enzyme that plays a crucial role in protein synthesis by catalyzing the attachment of tyrosine to its corresponding tRNA, a key step in the translation process. Research on YARS1 has garnered significant attention due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. For instance, mutations or dysregulation of YARS1 have been linked to several medical conditions, including Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a hereditary neuropathy, and certain cancers where aberrant expressions may influence tumor progression. Additionally, YARS1 is involved in cellular stress responses, suggesting that it could be a target for therapeutic intervention in conditions characterized by cellular stress or inflammation. The study of YARS1 as a recombinant protein enables researchers to investigate its structural and functional properties, facilitating the understanding of its enzymatic mechanisms and interactions within the cell. By producing YARS1 in a recombinant form, scientists can also explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target, as well as its role in the broader context of aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases, which are critical for maintaining the fidelity of protein translation. Overall, the investigation of YARS1 and its recombinant forms is pivotal for advancing our knowledge of molecular biology and for developing novel strategies in disease treatment and prevention.
