稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ProGRP (pro-gastrin-releasing peptide) is a neuropeptide that has garnered significant attention due to its role as a biomarker in various malignancies, particularly lung cancer. It was initially identified as a precursor of gastrin-releasing peptide, a neurotransmitter involved in regulating gastric activities and neurogenic processes. Over the years, research has indicated that ProGRP levels are elevated in patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and can be utilized as a diagnostic and prognostic marker. The interest in ProGRP stems from its potential to improve early detection of SCLC and to monitor treatment responses. Advances in biotechnology have enabled the development of sensitive assays to measure ProGRP levels in serum, thus facilitating its clinical application. Furthermore, the understanding of ProGRP's biological functions and molecular mechanisms continues to evolve, revealing its involvement in cellular signaling pathways that may contribute to tumor progression. As research progresses, ProGRP is being investigated not only for its diagnostic capabilities but also for its potential therapeutic implications, marking it as a critical focus in cancer research and personalized medicine.
