稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WNT2B is a member of the WNT gene family, which encodes for secreted signaling proteins that play crucial roles in various biological processes, including embryonic development, cell proliferation, and differentiation. The WNT signaling pathway is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating stem cell functions. Dysregulation of WNT signaling has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, making WNT2B a candidate for therapeutic interventions. Research into WNT2B recombinant protein focuses on understanding its specific functions and interactions within the WNT signaling pathway. By producing and characterizing this protein, scientists aim to elucidate its role in regulating stem cell behavior and tissue development. Additionally, studying WNT2B can provide insights into its potential as a biomarker for diseases associated with WNT pathway abnormalities. The recombinant production of WNT2B allows for detailed biochemical and functional analyses, facilitating the exploration of its therapeutic applications, such as in regenerative medicine and cancer therapy. Understanding the structure-function relationship of WNT2B could lead to the development of targeted treatments that harness its signaling capabilities to influence cellular outcomes beneficially.
