稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYP1B1 (Cytochrome P450 1B1) is an important enzyme that belongs to the cytochrome P450 superfamily, which plays a critical role in the metabolism of endogenous and exogenous compounds, including drugs, environmental pollutants, and hormones. The enzyme is particularly noted for its involvement in the bioactivation of various carcinogens, which underscores its significance in cancer research. Mutations in the CYP1B1 gene have been linked to primary congenital glaucoma, making it a focal point of genetic studies related to ocular diseases. Furthermore, the enzyme's expression is often regulated by various factors, including environmental pollutants, which can influence its activity and stability. Given its diverse functions and implications in health and disease, the study of CYP1B1 recombinant proteins has gained traction in recent years. Researchers aim to elucidate the structure-function relationship of CYP1B1 and assess how its enzymatic activity affects metabolic pathways. By producing recombinant CYP1B1 proteins, scientists can investigate the effects of specific genetic variations, evaluate potential inhibitors for therapeutic applications, and explore the enzyme’s role in drug metabolism and toxicology. This research can provide valuable insights into disease mechanisms, potential treatment strategies, and the effects of environmental factors on human health. Overall, CYP1B1 represents a critical target for ongoing research in pharmacology, toxicology, and genetic disease studies.
