稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CEACAM7 (Carcinoembryonic Antigen-related Cell Adhesion Molecule 7) is a member of the CEACAM family of proteins, which play pivotal roles in cell adhesion, immune response, and tumor biology. Initially identified as a protein implicated in various carcinomas, CEACAM7 exhibits unique expression patterns across different tissues, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract and some malignant tumors. Research has indicated that CEACAM7 may influence cell migration, differentiation, and immune evasion, making it a topic of interest in cancer studies. Additionally, its potential involvement in modulating the immune system suggests that the CEACAM7 protein could have therapeutic implications, particularly in the context of immune-oncology. Given the rising incidence of cancers and the need for novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets, the recombinant expression of CEACAM7 has been explored to facilitate a deeper understanding of its functional roles and to assess its utility in diagnostics and treatment. The generation of recombinant CEACAM7 protein allows for the study of its biochemical properties, interactions, and potential as a target for monoclonal antibody development, thus providing insights that could lead to innovative approaches for cancer treatment and management.
