Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYTH2, or Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase 2, is an intracellular signaling protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of cyclic nucleotide levels, particularly cAMP and cGMP, influencing various physiological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research has shown that dysregulation of CYTH2 can be associated with a range of diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disorders. To better understand the functional mechanisms and potential therapeutic implications of CYTH2, scientists have focused on the recombination and characterization of the CYTH2 protein. Recombinant CYTH2 is produced using techniques like molecular cloning and expression systems, allowing for detailed studies of its enzymatic activity, structural properties, and interaction with other signaling molecules. This research aims to elucidate the pathways mediated by CYTH2, paving the way for the development of targeted interventions that modulate its activity in disease contexts. By exploring its role in cell signaling pathways, scientists are poised to uncover new insights into the impact of CYTH2 on health and disease, ultimately contributing to the advancement of novel therapeutic strategies.
