稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VPREB1, or the V-preB1 protein, is a vital component of the pre-B cell receptor (pre-BCR) complex, which plays a crucial role in B-cell development. Research has identified that VPREB1 is essential for the proper signaling and maturation of pre-B cells in the bone marrow, facilitating the transition from the pro-B cell stage to the pre-B cell stage. Deficiencies or mutations in VPREB1 can lead to disrupting B cell development, resulting in immunodeficiencies or increased susceptibility to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and some forms of cancer. Studies have focused on characterizing the structural and functional aspects of VPREB1 and its interactions with other components of the pre-BCR, as this understanding could provide insights into pathological conditions associated with B cell malfunctions. Additionally, recombinant VPREB1 proteins have been explored for their potential use in therapeutic applications, particularly in strategies aimed at modulating immune responses in clinical settings. The study of VPREB1 not only enhances our understanding of basic immunology but also opens new avenues for targeted therapies in immunological disorders.
