稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DOG1, or Discovered on GIST-1, is a protein that has garnered considerable interest in cancer research, particularly due to its association with gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs). Identified as a key marker for GISTs, DOG1 plays a significant role in the pathogenesis of these tumors, which are primarily driven by mutations in the KIT and PDGFRA genes. Research has demonstrated that DOG1 is not only a reliable diagnostic marker but also a potential therapeutic target, as its expression correlates with tumor progression and patient prognosis. The recombinant expression of DOG1 in various systems has facilitated the study of its functional properties and interactions within cellular pathways. This has paved the way for exploring its role in tumor biology and the potential development of targeted therapies. Moreover, understanding the structure and function of DOG1 could provide insights into the mechanisms of drug resistance observed in GIST patients, enabling the design of better therapeutic strategies. Therefore, the investigation of DOG1 recombinant protein is crucial for advancing our knowledge of GISTs and improving patient outcomes.
