Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GOSR1, or Golgi reassembly-stacking protein 1, is a pivotal component of the Golgi apparatus, playing a crucial role in maintaining its structure and function. Research on GOSR1 has gained traction due to its involvement in secretory pathways and vesicular transport, both essential processes in cellular metabolism and communication. The protein has been implicated in the regulation of Golgi dynamics, including the reassembly of the Golgi stacks during the cell cycle and response to stress conditions. Furthermore, GOSR1 interacts with various proteins involved in membrane trafficking, suggesting its significant role in the spatial organization of cellular compartments. Mutations or disruptions in GOSR1 function are linked to various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic syndromes. Understanding the molecular mechanisms surrounding GOSR1 and its interactions is vital for elucidating how Golgi apparatus dysfunction contributes to pathological states. Hence, recombinant GOSR1 protein studies are essential for exploring its structural attributes, functional roles, and potential therapeutic implications, as they can provide critical insights into its contribution to cellular homeostasis and disease progression.
