Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DEK is a nuclear protein that has garnered significant attention in the realms of cancer research and cellular biology due to its multifaceted roles in gene regulation and chromatin architecture. Originally identified as a protein overexpressed in various malignancies, DEK has been implicated in vital cellular processes such as DNA damage repair, apoptosis, and transcriptional regulation. Altered expression of DEK has been associated with tumor progression, metastasis, and resistance to chemotherapy, making it a potential biomarker for cancer prognosis. Furthermore, DEK's involvement in chromatin remodeling highlights its significance in maintaining genomic stability. Recent studies have explored the mechanistic pathways through which DEK influences cellular functions, revealing its interactions with key proteins involved in transcription and cell cycle regulation. As researchers continue to unravel the complexities of DEK's role in health and disease, the development of therapeutic strategies targeting DEK pathways could pave the way for novel cancer treatments and enhance our understanding of cellular mechanisms underlying tumorigenesis.
