稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GPS1 (G-protein pathway suppressor 1) is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in regulating various cellular processes, particularly in signal transduction pathways involving G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). Research has shown that GPS1 functions as a suppressor of G-protein signaling, influencing cellular responses to external stimuli. This regulation is critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis and ensuring appropriate responses to environmental changes. Dysregulation of GPS1 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders, underscoring its importance in both basic biology and potential therapeutic applications. The study of GPS1 recombinant proteins has gained traction as researchers aim to elucidate its functional mechanisms, interactions, and structural characteristics. By producing GPS1 in a recombinant form, scientists can perform detailed biochemical analyses, allowing for a better understanding of its role and potential as a target for drug development. This growing interest reflects the broader trend of exploring intracellular signaling pathways and their components to advance therapeutic strategies in treating diseases associated with aberrant signaling.
