Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Grainyhead-like 1 (GRHL1) is a transcription factor known for its crucial role in various biological processes, including epithelial development and maintenance, wound healing, and tumor suppression. As a member of the Grainyhead family of transcription factors, GRHL1 is characterized by its conserved DNA-binding domain, which allows it to interact with specific target genes that are involved in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. Recent studies have highlighted the potential implications of GRHL1 in various pathological conditions, including cancer, where its expression levels may influence tumor behavior and patient prognosis. These findings underscore the importance of understanding GRHL1's molecular mechanisms and its interactions with other signaling pathways. The production of recombinant GRHL1 protein has become a focal point for researchers aiming to unravel these complexities. By generating and purifying GRHL1 in a laboratory setting, scientists can perform in-depth biochemical analyses, such as binding affinity assays and structural studies, to elucidate its functional properties and regulatory networks. Additionally, recombinant GRHL1 can be utilized in cell-based assays to investigate its role in cellular processes like migration and adhesion, further contributing to our understanding of its physiological and pathological functions. This research not only paves the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting GRHL1 but also provides insights into the broader implications of transcriptional regulation in health and disease.
