Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FHL3 (Four and a Half LIM Domains Protein 3) is a member of the FHL protein family, characterized by the presence of four and a half LIM domains, which are zinc-finger motifs that play critical roles in cellular signaling and transcriptional regulation. Research on FHL3 has gained considerable attention due to its involvement in various biological processes, including muscle development, cell differentiation, and tumorigenesis. Studies have revealed that FHL3 functions as a cofactor for several transcription factors and is implicated in the regulation of genes associated with muscle hypertrophy and regeneration. Additionally, aberrations in FHL3 expression and function have been linked to various diseases, including certain types of cancer and muscular dystrophies. The generation of FHL3 recombinant proteins has become crucial for elucidating its biological functions and interactions at a molecular level. By utilizing techniques such as recombinant DNA technology and protein expression systems, researchers can produce large quantities of FHL3 protein for structural and functional studies. Understanding the precise mechanisms by which FHL3 mediates its effects in cellular contexts can provide valuable insights into potential therapeutic targets for related diseases, making the study of FHL3 recombinant proteins both relevant and impactful in the field of molecular biology and biomedical research.
