Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The GSX2 protein, a member of the GSX family of homeobox transcription factors, plays a critical role in the development and function of the central nervous system and other tissues. Initially identified in vertebrates, GSX2 is known to be involved in neural progenitor cell proliferation and the differentiation of neuronal lineages. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in regulating various cellular processes, including cell fate specification and patterning during embryonic development. Abnormal expression of GSX2 has been linked to neurodevelopmental disorders and certain types of cancer, making it a focal point for understanding the underlying mechanisms of these conditions. Research on GSX2 recombinant protein aims to elucidate its structural and functional properties, providing insights into its role in disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. By using recombinant technology, scientists can produce GSX2 in a controlled environment, allowing for extensive biochemical and biophysical characterization. This research not only enhances the understanding of GSX2’s biological functions but also opens avenues for drug discovery and development strategies targeting GSX2-related pathways. Through advances in molecular biology techniques, the ongoing studies on GSX2 may significantly contribute to the fields of developmental biology and regenerative medicine, ultimately improving strategies for the treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders and other associated pathologies.
