  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

GTF3C3, a key component of the general transcription factor IIIC (TFIIIC) complex, plays a critical role in the regulation of RNA polymerase III-dependent transcription. This protein is vital for the proper assembly of the transcription machinery at promoter sites, influencing the expression of various small non-coding RNAs, including tRNAs and 5S rRNAs, which are essential for protein synthesis and cellular function. Research on GTF3C3 has gained prominence due to its involvement in fundamental cellular processes and its potential implications in diseases characterized by dysregulated gene expression. Additionally, the study of GTF3C3 as a recombinant protein offers insights into its structural properties and interaction dynamics with other transcriptional factors, facilitating a deeper understanding of the transcriptional regulation landscape. The production of recombinant GTF3C3 provides a powerful tool for biochemical analyses, structural studies, and the development of therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in various pathological conditions. The ongoing investigation into GTF3C3's role in transcriptional regulation underscores its significance in molecular biology and potential applications in biomedicine.
