Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FTSJ2 (FtsJ RNA Methyltransferase 2) is a protein that plays a crucial role in the post-transcriptional modification of RNA, specifically in the methylation of ribosomal RNA and other RNA molecules. As a member of the FtsJ family of methyltransferases, FTSJ2 is implicated in the regulation of gene expression and the stability of RNA. Research has shown that FTSJ2 is involved in critical cellular processes, including ribosome biogenesis and RNA processing, which are essential for proper cellular functionality. Abnormalities in FTSJ2 expression or function have been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Given its significant role in RNA modification and regulation, FTSJ2 has garnered attention in molecular biology and medical research, with studies focusing on elucidating its structure, function, and involvement in disease mechanisms. The exploration of FTSJ2's role in RNA metabolism may lead to a deeper understanding of fundamental biological processes and promote the development of innovative strategies for disease intervention.
