稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is a crucial hematopoietic growth factor that plays a significant role in the immune system by stimulating the production, differentiation, and activation of myeloid cells, including granulocytes and macrophages. The recombinant form of GM-CSF has garnered attention in both basic and clinical research due to its therapeutic potential in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases. GM-CSF promotes the maturation of dendritic cells, enhancing their ability to present antigens and activate T cells, thereby making it a key player in immunotherapy. Moreover, its ability to boost the immune response has led to investigations into its use as an adjuvant in vaccines and in treating bone marrow failure syndromes. Early studies demonstrated that recombinant GM-CSF could enhance recovery of white blood cells in patients undergoing chemotherapy, leading to enhanced patient outcomes. Additionally, research is being conducted to understand its mechanisms of action at the molecular level, which may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies that leverage GM-CSF in immune modulation. Overall, the ongoing exploration of GM-CSF recombinant protein highlights its importance in advancing immunological research and its potential as a therapeutic agent in various medical conditions.
