Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HKR1, or Heme Oxygenase-1 Regulator 1, is a protein that has garnered significant attention in medical and biological research due to its potential roles in cellular stress response, inflammatory processes, and apoptosis. Initially discovered as a regulator of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), HKR1 has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, neurodegeneration, and cancer. The expression of HKR1 is often upregulated in response to oxidative stress and various cytokines, suggesting a protective role in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in modulating the inflammatory response and promoting cell survival under stress conditions, which makes it a promising target for therapeutic interventions. Researchers are particularly interested in elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying HKR1 function and its interactions with other signaling pathways. Understanding these pathways could lead to novel strategies for treating diseases characterized by excessive inflammation or impaired cell survival, making HKR1 a critical focus in the field of molecular medicine and therapeutic development. As investigations into HKR1 continue, the potential to harness its regulatory capabilities for clinical applications remains a forefront of scientific inquiry.
