稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The p53 protein, often referred to as the "guardian of the genome," plays a crucial role in regulating the cell cycle and maintaining genomic stability. This tumor suppressor protein, encoded by the TP53 gene, is instrumental in preventing cancer formation; it responds to cellular stress by inducing apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, or DNA repair mechanisms. Mutations in the TP53 gene are among the most common alterations found in human cancers, emphasizing its significance in tumorigenesis. Research into recombinant p53 protein has emerged as a promising avenue for both understanding the molecular pathways involving p53 and exploring therapeutic applications. By producing recombinant p53 in various expression systems, scientists aim to analyze its structure-function relationships, elucidate its interactions with other proteins, and develop strategies to restore its function in p53-deficient tumor cells. Additionally, recombinant p53 variants are being investigated for their potential use in targeted cancer therapies, including gene therapy and immunotherapy, which could aid in effectively managing cancers associated with p53 mutations. Overall, the study of recombinant p53 not only enhances our understanding of its multifaceted role in cancer biology but also opens up new possibilities for innovative treatment approaches against malignancies.
