Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RUNX1T1, also known as CBFA2T1, is a key transcriptional cofactor that plays a critical role in hematopoiesis and development. The gene encoding RUNX1T1 is frequently implicated in various hematological malignancies, particularly acute myeloid leukemia (AML) where it often partners with the RUNX1 gene to form the RUNX1-RUNX1T1 fusion protein, commonly associated with the t(8;21) translocation. This fusion disrupts normal hematopoietic differentiation and promotes leukemogenesis by altering gene expression patterns and interfering with cellular signaling pathways. Research into RUNX1T1 has gained momentum due to its pivotal role in cancer biology, leading to the exploration of its functions in normal and malignant hematopoiesis, as well as potential therapeutic targets. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of RUNX1T1 and its fusion proteins offers insights into their contributions to leukemic transformation and highlights the need for targeted therapies to improve patient outcomes in RUNX1-RUNX1T1-positive leukemia. Furthermore, studying RUNX1T1 presents opportunities for uncovering novel biomarkers for diagnosis and monitoring treatment response in AML, thereby underscoring its significance in both clinical and research settings.
