稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GHR, or growth hormone receptor, is a crucial component of the growth hormone signaling pathway, playing a vital role in growth, metabolism, and overall development. Research into GHR has gained significant attention due to its implications in various health conditions, including growth disorders, obesity, and diabetes. Understanding the structure and function of GHR is essential for developing targeted therapies, particularly in managing diseases linked to growth hormone dysregulation. Moreover, the exploration of GHR as a recombinant protein has opened avenues for advanced studies in pharmacology and biotechnology. Scientists have focused on the recombinant production of GHR to facilitate functional studies, drug design, and potential therapeutic interventions. The availability of GHR as a recombinant protein allows researchers to investigate its physiological roles and mechanisms of action in greater detail, thereby paving the way for novel insights into its therapeutic potential. This background highlights the importance of GHR research in biomedical science and its relevance to addressing critical health challenges.
