稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HOXB8 is a member of the homeobox gene family, which plays a critical role in regulating development and differentiation in various biological processes. Research on HOXB8 has gained momentum due to its implications in both embryonic development and adult tissue homeostasis. It is especially noted for its involvement in the development of the limb and spinal cord and in the regulation of hematopoiesis. Dysregulation of HOXB8 has been linked to various diseases, including cancers and congenital abnormalities. Scientists have focused on producing recombinant HOXB8 protein to better understand its functional properties and interactions with other molecular partners. By utilizing techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, researchers can generate large quantities of HOXB8 for in vitro assays, enabling the exploration of its role in gene regulation and signaling pathways. Additionally, studying HOXB8 at the protein level may provide insights into its mechanisms of action, potentially identifying targets for therapeutic intervention in diseases associated with HOXB8 dysregulation. Through these investigations, a deeper understanding of HOXB8's role in health and disease can be achieved, paving the way for novel treatments and management strategies against related disorders.
