稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TUBB is an essential gene encoding the beta-tubulin protein, which plays a crucial role in microtubule dynamics, intracellular transport, and cell division. Research on TUBB has gained significant attention due to its involvement in various diseases, particularly in cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The ability of TUBB to form heterodimers with alpha-tubulin to assemble into microtubules is vital for maintaining cell shape and facilitating cellular processes. Notably, mutations or dysregulation of TUBB have been linked to the development and progression of several tumors, making it a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment. Additionally, its role in the neuronal architecture highlights its importance in understanding neurobiology, particularly in conditions like Alzheimer's disease. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of TUBB and its mutants in various systems, facilitating structural and functional studies. This research aims to uncover the intricate mechanisms by which TUBB influences cellular function and how alterations in its expression can lead to disease, potentially guiding therapeutic strategies. By exploring TUBB’s interactions and pathways, scientists hope to develop novel interventions that can mitigate the effects of its dysfunction in various pathological contexts.
