稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Spock2, also known as Sparse Protein Containing Kunitz Domains 2, is a member of the SPARC family of proteins and plays a critical role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and tissue remodeling. The study of Spock2 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in pathological conditions such as cancer, where it is implicated in tumor progression and metastasis, and in fibrotic diseases, where it may influence extracellular matrix composition and cellular interactions. The recombinant production of Spock2 protein provides a valuable tool for elucidating its biological functions and mechanisms of action. By generating this protein in a controlled environment, researchers can investigate its structural properties, binding interactions, and effects on cellular behavior in vitro and in vivo. The insights gained from these studies are crucial for understanding the role of Spock2 in health and disease, paving the way for potential therapeutic applications. Overall, the exploration of Spock2 recombinant protein represents a significant step towards unraveling the complex biological pathways in which it is involved, ultimately contributing to the advancement of targeted therapies in oncology and regenerative medicine.
