Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HNRNPC protein, or heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein C, is a crucial component of the spliceosomal machinery involved in pre-mRNA processing. It plays a significant role in the regulation of gene expression, influencing alternative splicing and mRNA stability. Research into HNRNPC has gained momentum due to its involvement in various cellular processes and implications in human diseases, particularly cancers and neurodegenerative disorders. Its function in organizing RNA metabolism and modulating interactions between RNA and proteins makes it a key player in the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. Additionally, emerging studies suggest that alterations in HNRNPC expression and function may contribute to disease pathogenesis, highlighting the need for a deeper understanding of its biological roles. The recombinant expression and characterization of HNRNPC provide significant insights into its structure and function, enabling researchers to investigate its mechanisms and potential as a therapeutic target. Overall, HNRNPC represents a pivotal focus in molecular biology and biomedical research, revealing important connections between RNA processing and disease.
