稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HOXC11 is a member of the homeobox gene family, crucial for regulating developmental processes and maintaining cellular functions. Its expression patterns are particularly prominent during embryogenesis and in various adult tissues, suggesting its pivotal role in organogenesis and differentiation. Studies have highlighted the involvement of HOXC11 in several biological pathways, including those related to stem cell maintenance, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of HOXC11 expression has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancers and developmental disorders. Given its significance, researchers are increasingly focused on the recombinant production of HOXC11 protein to facilitate in-depth studies of its functional mechanisms. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, scientists can produce adequate quantities of purified HOXC11 protein, enabling detailed investigations into its structure, interaction with other proteins, and regulatory networks. Additionally, the study of HOXC11’s role in tumorigenesis and stem cell biology could provide valuable insights for developing targeted therapies and understanding the underlying mechanisms of malignancies. Overall, the research surrounding HOXC11 recombinant protein holds promise for advancing our understanding of its biological roles and therapeutic potential, particularly in cancer and regenerative medicine.
