稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ITGb6, also known as Integrin beta-6, is a member of the integrin family of receptors, which play crucial roles in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. Research on ITGb6 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in various biological processes and its implications in disease conditions, particularly in cancer and fibrotic diseases. The expression of ITGb6 is notably increased in several types of tumors, including pancreatic and colorectal cancers, which has led scientists to explore its potential as a biomarker for cancer progression and as a target for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, ITGb6 has been implicated in the regulation of extracellular matrix components, affecting tissue remodeling and inflammatory responses. The recombinant expression of ITGb6 can facilitate the study of its structure-function relationships, interactions with other proteins, and roles in cellular signaling pathways. Such research is critical for developing targeted therapies that can disrupt the pathological functions of ITGb6, thereby offering new avenues for cancer treatment and management of fibrotic diseases. Understanding the mechanisms by which ITGb6 contributes to disease will not only enhance our knowledge of cell biology but also pave the way for clinical applications aimed at improving patient outcomes.
