Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSPAN3, belonging to the tetraspanin family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, proliferation, and signaling. Its involvement in the modulation of immune responses and tumor progression has garnered increasing attention in recent years. Studies have suggested that TSPAN3 interacts with various receptors and proteins, potentially influencing cancer cell behavior and contributing to the metastatic phenotype. The generation of recombinant TSPAN3 protein is essential for further elucidating its structural properties and functional mechanisms. By producing a purified form of TSPAN3, researchers can conduct in-depth analyses, such as crystallography and binding studies, to uncover its interactions with partner proteins and understand its role in oncogenesis. Additionally, recombinant TSPAN3 may serve as a valuable tool for therapeutic interventions, particularly in targeting TSPAN3-mediated pathways in cancer. As the understanding of TSPAN3's roles advances, it is anticipated that this protein will provide insights into not only cancer biology but also broader implications for immune modulation and cellular communication. Thus, the study of TSPAN3 and its recombinant forms is of significant interest in both basic and applied biomedical research, aiming to unveil novel strategies for diagnosis and treatment.
