Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
INPP5B, or inositol polyphosphate 5-phosphatase B, is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in inositol phosphate signaling pathways, which are vital for various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. This enzyme is particularly significant in the context of phosphoinositide metabolism, as it regulates the turnover of inositol phosphates, thereby influencing cellular signaling dynamics. Research has shown that INPP5B is involved in fundamental processes such as insulin signaling and membrane trafficking. Abnormalities in INPP5B function have been linked to several diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders, highlighting the importance of understanding its mechanisms. Recombinant INPP5B protein has been a valuable tool in biochemical studies, allowing researchers to elucidate its functional properties and interactions with other cellular components. The cloning and expression of INPP5B in heterologous systems have facilitated the investigation of its substrate specificity and regulatory mechanisms at a molecular level. As researchers continue to explore the implications of INPP5B in health and disease, the characterization of its recombinant protein is essential for developing targeted therapeutic strategies and enhancing our understanding of inositol phosphate signaling in cellular physiology.
