Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDFY1 (WD repeat and FYVE domain-containing protein 1) is a multifunctional protein that plays crucial roles in various cellular processes, including endocytosis, cell signaling, and the regulation of immune responses. Mutations in the WDFY1 gene have been linked to a rare immunodeficiency disorder known as Mendelian Susceptibility to Mycobacterial Disease (MSMD), highlighting its importance in immune system function. Research into WDFY1 recombinant protein has gained traction as scientists aim to elucidate its precise mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways. By producing the WDFY1 protein in vitro, researchers can study its structural characteristics, binding properties, and functional roles in greater detail. The analysis of WDFY1 interactions with other cellular proteins and its involvement in signaling pathways is essential for understanding its implications in immune responses and potential therapeutic targets. Furthermore, the study of WDFY1 may provide insights into broader immunological processes and aid in the development of strategies for treating related diseases. Overall, the investigation of WDFY1 recombinant protein is pivotal for advancing our knowledge of immune system dynamics and addressing diseases associated with its dysfunction.
