Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLHL17, a member of the Kelch-like protein family, has emerged as an intriguing subject for research due to its potential roles in various biological processes and its involvement in several diseases. This protein acts as a substrate adaptor for cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligases, which are critical in mediating protein degradation and regulating cellular functions. Studies have indicated that KLHL17 may play a significant role in cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and oxidative stress response. Furthermore, it has been implicated in the pathogenesis of certain cancers, making it a candidate for therapeutic exploration. The investigation of KLHL17's structure and function could enhance our understanding of its contributions to normal physiology and disease states. Recent advancements in protein engineering and expression systems have enabled the production of recombinant KLHL17, facilitating detailed studies on its interactions and mechanisms of action. As research progresses, KLHL17 could become a valuable target for novel drug development and therapeutic interventions, highlighting the importance of this protein in the broader context of cellular regulation and disease management.
