Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DERF3 is a recombinant protein derived from the DERRIF gene family, which has garnered attention for its potential applications in various fields, including biotechnology and medicine. The DERRIF genes are known to be involved in critical cellular processes, such as signal transduction, stress responses, and developmental regulation. Research into DERF3 aims to elucidate its functional roles and biochemical properties, particularly how it interacts with other cellular components. Preliminary studies suggest that DERF3 may play a significant part in modulating immune responses and could serve as a therapeutic target in diseases characterized by dysregulated inflammation. Furthermore, the recombinant expression of DERF3 allows for the production of large quantities of pure protein, facilitating in vitro studies and the development of potential applications, including as a biomarker or a vaccine candidate. As research progresses, understanding DERF3's structure and function will provide insights into its mechanisms of action, paving the way for innovative therapeutic strategies that leverage its biological activity for improved health outcomes.
