Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KREMEN2, a member of the KRMP (Kremen) family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its significant role in regulating various biological processes, particularly in the context of Wnt signaling pathways and stem cell biology. As a critical receptor, KREMEN2 is known to modulate the activity of Wnt proteins, which are essential for cell proliferation, differentiation, and embryonic development. Dysregulation of Wnt signaling has been implicated in various diseases, including cancers and degenerative disorders. The recombinant KREMEN2 protein has been produced for extensive research purposes, allowing scientists to study its structural properties, interaction with Wnt ligands, and downstream signaling mechanisms. Additionally, KREMEN2's potential as a therapeutic target is being explored, particularly in cancer treatment and regenerative medicine. By investigating the molecular functions and pathways involving KREMEN2, researchers hope to uncover novel strategies for disease prevention and treatment. This research not only enhances our understanding of cellular dynamics but also paves the way for innovative biotechnological applications.
