Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LILRA4 (Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor A4) is an immune receptor belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily, predominantly expressed on myeloid cells, including monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. This receptor plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses and maintaining homeostasis, as it interacts with various ligands such as MHC class I molecules and other proteins. Given its potential involvement in inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer, research has increasingly focused on understanding the structure-function relationship of LILRA4, particularly through the development of recombinant proteins. Producing LILRA4 as a recombinant protein allows scientists to investigate its binding characteristics, signaling pathways, and functional implications in immune regulation. Furthermore, these studies may unveil novel therapeutic targets or diagnostic tools, ultimately contributing to more effective treatments for diseases associated with dysregulated immune responses. As the field advances, elucidating the mechanisms by which LILRA4 influences myeloid cell behavior and interactions with other immune components remains a priority, promising insights into both basic immunology and clinical applications.
