Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LIMD1 (LIM domain containing 1) is a crucial protein implicated in various cellular processes, including transcriptional regulation, cell differentiation, and adhesion. It is characterized by its LIM domain structure, which allows for interactions with other proteins and influences signal transduction pathways. Recent studies have highlighted the role of LIMD1 in tumorigenesis, where it functions as a tumor suppressor in several cancers, including breast and colorectal cancer. The downregulation or loss of LIMD1 expression has been associated with increased cancer cell proliferation and metastasis, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, the study of LIMD1 recombinant protein is crucial for elucidating its biological functions and mechanisms at the molecular level. By producing recombinant LIMD1, researchers can investigate its interaction with other proteins, its role in cellular signaling pathways, and its potential as a therapeutic target. This research not only enhances our understanding of LIMD1's functions in normal physiology but also its implications in cancer biology, ultimately contributing to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Overall, the investigation of LIMD1 recombinant protein provides significant insights into its biological roles, emphasizing the need for continued research in this area to further explore its potential clinical applications.
