Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCK2, or NCK adaptor protein 2, is a member of the NCK family of proteins, which play crucial roles in cellular signaling pathways, particularly those involved in growth factor receptor signaling and cytoskeletal organization. Research has shown that NCK2 acts as an adaptor that links various signaling molecules, promoting downstream effects such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and mobility. Dysregulation of NCK2 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where it can influence tumor growth and metastasis. Given the importance of NCK2 in these biological processes, the study of recombinant NCK2 proteins has gained traction, facilitating a deeper understanding of its structure-function relationship and its interactions with other signaling components. Recombinant NCK2 proteins can be produced in various expression systems, allowing for purification and characterization studies. These studies are essential for elucidating NCK2's role in cellular contexts and could provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for diseases associated with its aberrant signaling. Additionally, the development of specific inhibitors or modulators of NCK2 function may offer new avenues for drug discovery aimed at mitigating its contributions to disease pathology. Therefore, ongoing research into NCK2 recombinant proteins holds significant promise for both basic science and therapeutic applications.
