Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NHLH2 (Nuclear Hormone Receptor-Like Protein 2) is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor family, playing a crucial role in various biological processes, including neurogenesis, metabolism, and the regulation of circadian rhythms. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in response to hormonal and nutritional signals. Research into NHLH2 has gained importance due to its potential implications in metabolic disorders, such as obesity and diabetes, as well as its influence on neurological conditions. Scientists have increasingly focused on the recombinant expression of NHLH2 for functional studies, enabling the investigation of its structure-function relationships and its interaction with other proteins. By utilizing recombinant technology, researchers are able to produce NHLH2 in sufficient quantities for biochemical assays and structural analyses, paving the way for a deeper understanding of its role in health and disease. The exploration of NHLH2 as a therapeutic target may yield new strategies for managing metabolic and neurological disorders, making it a subject of significant interest in the field of molecular biology and medicine.
