Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRRC42, or Leucine-Rich Repeat Containing 42, is a protein that has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Initially identified through genomic studies, LRRC42 is characterized by a series of leucine-rich repeats, which are known to mediate protein-protein interactions and contribute to various biological functions. Research has suggested that LRRC42 might be involved in the regulation of immune responses and neuronal signaling, but its exact biological role remains largely uncharacterized. Studies indicate that alterations in LRRC42 expression could be linked to certain pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases and neurodegenerative disorders. The recombinant protein of LRRC42 facilitates the investigation of its structure-function relationships and provides a tool for exploring its interactions within cellular pathways. Understanding the biological significance of LRRC42 could shed light on its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker in various diseases. Furthermore, the development of LRRC42 recombinant proteins allows for high-throughput screening and functional studies, which may ultimately reveal novel insights into its contribution to human health and disease.
