Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LZTR1, a member of the LZTR family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and signal transduction. Studies have revealed that LZTR1 serves as a substrate and regulator of the cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase (CRL) complexes, influencing the degradation of key protein targets involved in cancer and developmental disorders. Dysregulation of LZTR1 has been implicated in several diseases, notably in the context of certain cancers, where mutations or loss of expression may lead to aberrant signaling pathways and tumorigenesis. The research on LZTR1 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate the mechanistic aspects of its function in protein degradation pathways and to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. By producing recombinant LZTR1, scientists can investigate its interaction with various binding partners, characterize its molecular function in the context of CRL activity, and examine how alterations in LZTR1 expression affect cellular outcomes. This study is crucial not only for understanding the fundamental biology of LZTR1 but also for developing strategies to manipulate its activity for therapeutic interventions in related diseases.
