Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUDT9, a member of the Nudix hydrolase family, has garnered significant research interest due to its role in various biochemical processes, particularly in the hydrolysis of nucleotide substrates. Initially identified in the context of cellular metabolism, NUDT9 is known to hydrolyze Nucleotide Diphosphate Sugars, playing a crucial role in regulating nucleotide levels and cellular signaling pathways. Its importance is underscored by the potential implications of NUDT9 dysfunction in various diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders. Additionally, advancements in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production and purification of NUDT9, allowing researchers to delve deeper into its structural and functional properties. Understanding the enzymatic mechanisms and substrate specificity of NUDT9 not only contributes to basic biochemistry but also opens avenues for therapeutic interventions that target nucleotide metabolism. With the continuous exploration of nucleoside analogs and their interactions with NUDT9, this research holds promise in drug development and the design of novel therapeutic strategies. As such, the study of NUDT9 recombinant protein is pivotal in elucidating its biological roles and potential implications in health and disease.
